Policies + FAQ
Read before continuing:
Reminder I am a full time college student who also has a part time job. If you need immediate assistance it's better to message me on instagram instead of emailing as I do not frequently check it. For updates please refer to my highlights on my IG and any questions can be asked in my dms or via email. Thank you.
Can you combine my orders?
Preorders: Yes, please tell me the orders that need combined immediately! Do not wait as I will not accept combining after 24 hours of your purchases.
Inhands: No, it gets too confusing and it slows down shipping unfortunately. Try to get everything in one checkout please!
When is your shop open?
For now, the shop is opened unless otherwise posted on my instagram. If a drop requires a password I will post it on IG.
What’s the best way to contact you?
Through Instagram or email: bylunapins@gmail.com
IG preferred as I respond quicker and can verify things faster than emails that way.
Will you restock your pins?
Some may be restocked, follow me on Instagram (@bylunapins) to get information on restocks or new pins.
How long will my pins take?
If you've preordered something please expect to wait anywhere from 2-6 months. If they're inhand please expect to wait anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks as I am a full time college student. During the holiday's please be aware that this time could be extended.
INFORMATION ON POLICIES
1. Preorder pins will range from A to B grades. Refer to grading system before ordering if you are unsure about this. If you receive a pin that is C or D grade please contact me.
2. International shipping is available! I am open holding your items to help reduce costs. I can also have it shipped to your friend if they're in the US. <3
3. All sales are FINAL. Refunds and returns will not be allowed unless there are specific circumstances that REQUIRE this to occur. If you need an address change please email or contact me through Instagram to have it fixed (IG IS PREFERRED). The few situations in which refunds will be done is if there are not enough funds for a PO or a pin has arrived to you and was not as described, in this situation please contact me. Do NOT contact me for a refund just because “I changed my mind.”
4. Once an item has been shipped I am no longer liable for it. Contact your local post office with your tracking number if you need assistance with your package.
5. DO NOT TRADE/RESELL PREORDER ITEMS!
I am not responsible for broken trades or resells. Wait until you have received your pin before considering this. Once you have received a pin trades are allowed. Resale policy is as stated:
- DON'T BE A MEANIE. Community common sense/policy, don't resale P4P than higher than sold for. I will keep note and block you.
- Moving forward you may not purchase more than 1 item per person unless previously discussed with me or noted that an dupe item is for a friend. ITA bag, etc. Don't dupe buy to make profit later on.
6. Please make sure you put in your correct address. CONTACT IMMEDIATELY once you have a new address. If your label is made before you contact me for an address change, you will be responsible to pay for your shipping again.

Please don't get mad at me about my lower stock on inhand items.... I go fully based on interest and sell a greater amount of preorders to help cover cost since I mostly do PFPs. I don't have the room or luxury to hold more product than wanted!
